Dear members of HNA,
Over the past few months, the organizers of the next HNA conference in Amsterdam and The Hague, together with the board of HNA, have followed closely all Covid-related developments in Europe as well as in the United States of America. Meanwhile, we have continuously worked on the planning of the HNA conference which, as you know, had to be postponed from June 2021 to June 2022.
The pandemic is still a major factor in our decision making. We are, however, cautiously optimistic that we can safely organize a live conference on-site in Amsterdam and the Hague, on Thursday to Saturday, 2 – 4 June, 2022, with a preceding event on the evening of Wednesday, June 1st.
Therefore, after long and careful consideration, we have decided to open registration for the conference. An early bird tariff of €195 applies for HNA members (€ 90 for HNA-student members) until 8 April.

Please note that registration for the HNA conference dinner on Thursday 2 June will be closing this Wednesday 25 May by midnight CET.
Please note that some workshops require a contribution from participants. Please see the program for which workshops this applies. The deadline for sending in your proposal to the relevant session chair is 1 April.

Please be aware that the organizers of this conference and the board of HNA will follow all relevant developments with the utmost care. We will inform you no later than April 1st, if circumstances lead us to decide that we need to pivot to a completely digital conference. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to stage a hybrid conference.
In the meantime, we are looking forward to a wonderful event, and hope to welcome you all, in good health, to the Netherlands in June 2022.
