BAEF-Rubenianum Fellowship
Rubenshuis
The Rubenianum promotes and facilitates the study of the work of Peter Paul Rubens in particular and more broadly that of his Antwerp predecessors, contemporaries and followers. Please see: rubenshuis.be/en/collection-research/research-stays
Research projects should relate to these core strengths of the institute and can focus on sixteenth-and seventeenth–century paintings, prints, drawings, sculptures and decorative arts and their relation to culture and society. Students whose dissertations will particularly benefit from collection, library and archival holdings in Antwerp and Belgium are strongly encouraged to apply.
The fellowship is made possible by the Belgian American Educational Foundation (BAEF).
