Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen Seeks Three Curators

Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen in Rotterdam is looking for a Curator of Old Masters (15th to mid 19th century), a Curator of Drawings (15th to 21st century) and a Curator of Applied Arts & Design (15th to 21st century). The collection of Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen is of very high quality and spread over many centuries and disciplines. In the Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen, all collections will be made fully accessible to the public from 2021 and it will explain how an art museum manages, restores and maintains its collection. The candidates are expected to contribute to the new Depot, and to make an inventive contribution to researching and presenting the collection. They contribute to the care of the collection, conduct scientific research, publish about it, organize exhibitions and events, and deepen and generate knowledge that gives the collection meaning.

You can send in your application until 28 September 2020. See the job descriptions on the museum’s website for more information or to apply.
