Position Summary and Responsibilities
The Department of Art at Vassar College invites applications for an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Art History, with a specialization in Northern Renaissance and Baroque Art, 1400-1700.
The position is an academic year/part time position (benefits eligible) for the 2020-21 academic year. It entails teaching one intermediate level course on Northern European art, 1400-1700; one advanced seminar on a specialized topic; and teaching one conference section and contributing lectures on Northern Renaissance and Baroque art in our introductory team-taught art history survey course.
