RSA members are invited to submit Calls for Papers to organize sessions for the 73rd Annual Meeting, taking place March 11-13, 2027, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Once approved, CfPs will appear in the RSA Philadelphia 2027 Public Index of Calls for Papers.
The submission deadline for proposals of complete sessions and individual papers is August 15, 2026. Notifications will be sent in November.
Organizers preparing session proposals should note the following key dates:
- July 31, 2026 — Confirm with interested members whether they will be included in your final session proposal
- August 15, 2026 — Submit complete session proposals through the RSA Philadelphia 2027 submissions portal (opens June 2026)
